Now trading from a 5 story building at 18-20 Thorpe Road, Norwich, Ian Goody bought the premises 6 years ago and has since filled the building with associated business such as Independent Financial Advisers, Will Writers and Solicitors. We have all worked together as a team to bring you the Parental Assist Start Scheme, which is a monumental step forward in providing first time buyers a real opportunity to buy their own home. The opening in the market has been created by drop in house prices, drop in interest rates as well as parents having reduced benefits of monies on deposit such as lower rates and question over safety.

Premier Mortgage Search (Independent Mortgage Advisers) for arranging your mortgage including associated products such as mortgage protection policies. Premier Mortgage Search are appointed representatives of the Home of Choice network, reputably, the fastest growing mortgage network. In 2007, Premier Mortgage Search were the second largest producer within the network based on around 590 firms.

Premier Wills (Members of the society of Will Writers) for arranging your Wills. Premier Wills have written Wills in Norwich since Ian Goody started in 1989. They have since branched off and formed their own identity although still under the control of Ian Goody.

ConveyFirst (Member of the law society) for arranging your conveyancing. ConveyFirst set up in February 2008 by Trent Hobden, a well respected solicitor in Norwich who recognised a gap in the market for an efficient provider of conveyancing work.

Parklands (Independent Financial Advisers) for Inheritance tax planning. Parklands have recently recruited Simon Linstead who now works within Independent House; Simon has a great reputation for attention to detail and continues to give excellent advice where needed.
